    Chemical Peelings

    Chemical peeling involves the application of a peeling agent on the skin causing a controlled injury of the epidermis and dermis. The peeling removes the superficial layers of the skin, which will improve their appearance. It is also useful for treating the signs of skin photoaging, such as solar lentigines or actinic keratoses.

    The peeling acts on the thinning of the epidermis, the dermis and thickening of the damage of the elastic fibers that occur over time.
